Soak the chickpeas overnight in enough water.
Drain the water and pressure cook the chickpeas with enough water and salt for 3-4 whistles.
Heat oil in a pan and add cumin seeds.
When the cumin seeds start to crackle, add coriander powder, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, garam masala, amchur powder, dry mango powder, chopped coriander leaves, chopped mint leaves, chopped ginger, chopped garlic, chopped green chillies, chopped onion and chopped tomato.
Saute for a few minutes and then add the cooked chickpeas.
Mix everything together and cook for 5-7 minutes.
Add salt to taste and mix well.
Serve hot with bhatura or naan.
