garam masala

1 teaspoon

Step 1:

Heat the oil in a pan over medium heat.

Step 2:

Add the onions and garlic and sauté until the onions are soft and translucent.

Step 3:

Add the tomatoes and cook for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Step 4:

Add the cilantro, cumin powder, coriander powder, red chili powder, amchur powder, garam masala, and salt.

Step 5:

Cook for another 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Step 6:

Remove from heat and let cool.

Step 7:

Transfer the mixture to a blender and blend until smooth.

Step 8:

Serve the tamatar chutney with your favorite dishes. Enjoy!
