1/4 cup

freshly squeezed lemon juice

1/4 cup

freshly squeezed orange juice

1/4 cup

chopped fresh mint

1/4 cup

chopped fresh basil

1/4 cup

chopped fresh parsley

1/4 cup

chopped fresh cilantro

1/4 cup

chopped fresh chives

1/4 cup

chopped fresh ginger

1/4 cup

chopped fresh garlic

1/4 cup

olive oil

1/4 cup

Salt and pepper to taste



Step 1:

Cut the melon in half and scoop out the seeds.

Step 2:

Cut the melon into cubes and place in a large bowl.

Step 3:

In a separate bowl, mix together the honey, lemon juice, orange juice, mint, basil, parsley, cilantro, chives, ginger, garlic, olive oil, salt, and pepper.

Step 4:

Pour the mixture over the melon cubes and mix until all the cubes are evenly coated.

Step 5:

Cover the bowl and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.

Step 6:

Serve chilled. Enjoy!
