Step 1:

In a bowl, mix together the suji, curd, oil, sugar, baking soda, baking powder, and cardamom powder.

Step 2:

Mix until everything is well combined.

Step 3:

Add the chopped nuts and raisins and mix again.

Step 4:

Grease a baking tray with oil and spread the mixture evenly.

Step 5:

Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown.

Step 6:

Let it cool and cut into pieces.

Step 7:

Serve the suji rusk with tea or coffee. Enjoy!
