Ghee

1/2 cup

Sugar

1/2 cup

Milk

1/2 cup

Almonds, chopped

1/4 cup

Cashews, chopped

1/4 cup

Raisins

1/4 cup

Cardamom Powder

1/2 teaspoon

Saffron Strands

1 teaspoon

Directions

Step 1:

Heat ghee in a pan over medium heat.

Step 2:

Add suji and roast it for 5-7 minutes, stirring continuously.

Step 3:

Add milk and sugar and mix well.

Step 4:

Cook for 5-7 minutes, stirring continuously.

Step 5:

Add almonds, cashews, raisins, cardamom powder and saffron strands and mix well.

Step 6:

Cook for 5-7 minutes, stirring continuously.

Step 7:

Serve hot. Enjoy!
