Suji (Semolina)

1 cup

Sugar

1 cup

Ghee

1/2 cup

Milk

1/2 cup

Cardamom (Elaichi)

Almonds (chopped)

1/4 cup

Cashews (chopped)

1/4 cup

Raisins

1/4 cup

Directions

Step 1:

Heat ghee in a pan and add suji. Roast it on low flame for 5 minutes.

Step 2:

Add milk and mix it well. Cook it for 5 minutes.

Step 3:

Add sugar and mix it well. Cook it for 5 minutes.

Step 4:

Add cardamom powder, almonds, cashews and raisins. Mix it well.

Step 5:

Cook it for 5 minutes or until the mixture becomes thick.

Step 6:

Serve hot.
