Directions

Step 1:

In a bowl, add suji, all-purpose flour, salt, ajwain, red chilli powder, baking soda and oil. Mix everything together.

Step 2:

Now add water little by little and knead a soft dough. Cover the dough and keep aside for 15 minutes.

Step 3:

For the stuffing, heat oil in a pan. Add mashed potatoes and green peas.

Step 4:

Add red chilli powder, cumin powder, coriander powder, chaat masala, amchur powder and salt. Mix everything together and cook for 2-3 minutes.

Step 5:

Take the dough and make small balls. Roll out each ball into a small puri.

Step 6:

Place the stuffing in the center of the puri and fold the edges to make a golgappa.

Step 7:

Heat oil in a pan and deep fry the golgappas until golden brown.

Step 8:

Serve hot with chutney or sauce.
