fresh strawberries

1 pint

heavy cream

1/2 cup

sugar

1/4 cup

vanilla extract

1 teaspoon

Directions

Step 1:

Wash and hull the strawberries. Slice them into thin slices.

Step 2:

In a medium bowl, whip the cream until it forms soft peaks.

Step 3:

Add the sugar and vanilla extract to the cream and continue to whip until stiff peaks form.

Step 4:

Place the sliced strawberries in a bowl and pour the cream mixture over them.

Step 5:

Gently fold the cream into the strawberries until they are evenly coated.

Step 6:

Serve the strawberries and cream immediately. Enjoy!
