Steamed vegetables are a healthy and delicious way to enjoy a variety of vegetables. They can be cooked in a variety of ways, such as in a steamer basket, in a pot with a steamer insert, or in the microwave. Steaming helps to retain the nutrients in the vegetables, while also making them tender and flavorful. Steamed vegetables can be served as a side dish, or added to salads, soups, and other dishes.
