In a separate bowl, mix together the chopped vegetables, garlic, ginger, soy sauce, sesame oil, chili sauce, white vinegar, salt, and pepper.
Divide the dough into 12 equal portions and roll each portion into a ball.
Flatten each ball into a circle and spoon 1 tablespoon of the vegetable mixture into the center.
Fold the edges of the dough over the filling and pinch to seal.
Place the momos on a steamer basket and steam for 10 minutes.
