Ingredients

mung sprouts

1 cup

chopped onions

1/2 cup

chopped tomatoes

1/2 cup

chopped coriander leaves

1/4 cup

chaat masala

1/2 teaspoon

red chilli powder

1/2 teaspoon

cumin powder

1/2 teaspoon

black salt

1/2 teaspoon

lemon juice

1/2 teaspoon

chopped cucumber

1/2 cup

Salt to taste

Directions

Step 1:

Steam the mung sprouts for 2-3 minutes and keep aside.

Step 2:

In a bowl, combine the sprouts, onions, tomatoes, cucumber.

Step 3:

Add the chaat masala, red chilli powder, cumin powder, black salt and salt to taste.

Step 4:

Mix everything together and add the lemon juice.

Step 5:

Garnish with chopped coriander leaves and serve.
