Heat oil and ghee in a pan.
Add cumin seeds and mustard seeds and let them crackle.
Add ginger-garlic paste and sauté for a few seconds.
Add onion and green chillies and sauté until the onion turns golden brown.
Add tomato and sauté until it turns soft.
Add turmeric powder, red chilli powder, coriander powder, garam masala and amchur powder and mix well.
Add the sprouted moong dal and mix well.
Add salt to taste and mix well.
Cover the pan and cook on low heat for 10-15 minutes.
Garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot.
