sprouted chana

1 cup

chopped onions

1/2 cup

chopped tomatoes

1/2 cup

chopped coriander leaves

1/4 cup

chopped mint leaves

1/4 cup

chaat masala

1/2 teaspoon

red chilli powder

1/2 teaspoon

roasted cumin powder

1/2 teaspoon

black salt

1/2 teaspoon

lemon juice

1/2 teaspoon

oil

1 tablespoon

Directions

Step 1:

Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.

Step 2:

Add the sprouted chana and sauté for 2-3 minutes.

Step 3:

Add the chopped onions, tomatoes, coriander leaves, and mint leaves.

Step 4:

Sauté for another 2-3 minutes.

Step 5:

Add the chaat masala, red chilli powder, roasted cumin powder, black salt, and lemon juice.

Step 6:

Mix well and cook for another 2-3 minutes.

Step 7:

Serve the sprouted chana chaat hot. Enjoy!
