fresh spinach leaves

1 pound

olive oil

2 tablespoons

garlic, minced

2 cloves

Salt and fresh ground pepper to taste

Directions

Step 1:

Rinse the spinach leaves under cold water to clean.

Step 2:

Shake off excess water and chop off the hard stems.

Step 3:

Heat olive oil in a large pan over medium heat.

Step 4:

Add minced garlic to the pan and stir until fragrant.

Step 5:

Add the fresh spinach leaves to the pan.

Step 6:

Cook and stir until the spinach is wilted.

Step 7:

Season with salt and fresh ground pepper to taste.

Step 8:

Transfer to a dish and serve immediately.
