cloves garlic, minced


ginger, minced

cumin powder

1 teaspoon

coriander powder

garam masala

1 teaspoon

turmeric powder

1/2 teaspoon


1/2 teaspoon

tomato puree

Step 1:

Soak the soybeans overnight in water.

Step 2:

Drain the soybeans and rinse them.

Step 3:

Heat the oil in a pan over medium heat.

Step 4:

Add the onion and garlic and sauté until the onion is translucent.

Step 5:

Add the ginger, cumin, coriander, garam masala, turmeric, and red chili powder and sauté for a few minutes.

Step 6:

Add the tomato puree and water and bring to a boil.

Step 7:

Add the soybeans and salt and simmer for 15-20 minutes, or until the soybeans are cooked through.

Step 8:

Serve hot with rice or roti. Enjoy!
