Soak the soya chunks in hot water for 15 minutes.
Drain the water and squeeze out the excess water from the soya chunks.
Heat oil in a pan and add the soya chunks.
Fry the soya chunks until they are golden brown.
In a separate bowl, mix together the cream, milk, yogurt, garam masala, red chilli powder, cumin powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder, black pepper powder, cardamom powder, ginger paste, garlic paste, green chilli paste, sugar and salt.
Add this mixture to the pan and mix well.
Cook for 10 minutes on low heat, stirring occasionally.
Serve hot with chapatis or naan.
