Soak the soya chunks in hot water for 10 minutes.
Drain the water and squeeze out the excess water from the soya chunks.
Heat oil in a pan and add cumin seeds.
When the cumin seeds start to crackle, add the chopped onions and sauté till they turn golden brown.
Add the chopped tomatoes and green chilli and sauté for a few minutes.
Add the turmeric powder, red chilli powder, garam masala, coriander powder and amchur powder and mix well.
Add the soya chunks and mix well.
Add salt to taste and mix well.
Cook for a few minutes till the soya chunks are cooked.
Garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot.
