Soak the soya chunks in hot water for 10 minutes.
Drain the water and squeeze out the excess water from the soya chunks.
In a bowl, mix together the curd, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, garam masala, coriander powder, cumin powder, ginger-garlic paste, sugar, lemon juice and salt.
Add the soya chunks to the mixture and mix well.
Heat oil in a pan and add the chopped onions. Fry until golden brown.
Add the chopped tomatoes and capsicum and fry for a few minutes.
Add the marinated soya chunks and fry for 5-7 minutes.
Add the chopped coriander leaves and mix well.
Serve hot with chapatis or rice.
