Soak the soya granules in warm water for 10 minutes.
Heat oil in a pan and add cumin seeds.
When the cumin seeds start to crackle, add the chopped onion and sauté till it turns golden brown.
Add the chopped tomato, green chilli, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, garam masala, coriander powder and amchur powder.
Sauté for a few minutes till the tomatoes are cooked.
Add the soaked soya granules and mix well.
Add salt to taste and mix well.
Cook for a few minutes till the soya granules are cooked.
Garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot.
