Directions

Step 1:

Heat the olive oil in a large pot over medium heat. Add the onion and garlic and cook until softened, about 5 minutes.

Step 2:

Add the vegetable broth, tomatoes, black beans, corn, chili powder, cumin, oregano, salt, and pepper. Bring to a boil, then reduce the heat and simmer for 15 minutes.

Step 3:

Stir in the cilantro and serve. Enjoy!
