Peel and cut the arbi into 1-inch cubes.
Heat oil in a pan and add cumin seeds.
When the cumin seeds start to crackle, add the ginger-garlic paste and green chili.
Add the arbi cubes and stir-fry for a few minutes.
Add all the dry spices and salt and mix well.
Cover the pan and cook on low heat for 10-15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Once the arbi is cooked, add the chopped coriander leaves and mix well.
Serve hot with chapati or rice.
