Ingredients

sooji (semolina)

1 cup

curd

1/2 cup

water

1/2 cup

finely chopped onion

finely chopped tomato

finely chopped green chili

Salt to taste

Directions

Step 1:

Mix the sooji, curd, and water in a bowl and set it aside for 30 minutes.

Step 2:

Add the chopped vegetables and salt to the sooji batter and mix well.

Step 3:

Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat and lightly grease it with oil.

Step 4:

Pour a small amount of the batter onto the pan and spread it into a circular shape.

Step 5:

Cook on one side until golden brown, then flip and cook on the other side.

Step 6:

Serve the Sooji Uttapam hot with a side of coconut chutney.
