Ingredients

all-purpose flour

2 cups

salt

1/2 teaspoon

vegetable oil

1/4 cup

warm water

1/2 cup

Directions

Step 1:

In a large bowl, mix together the flour and salt.

Heat the oil in a deep pan and deep fry the papdis until golden brown.

Step 8:

Drain on paper towels and serve.
