Simple Paratha is a type of Indian bread that is a staple in many Indian households. It is often served for breakfast but can also be eaten for lunch or dinner. Parathas can be eaten with a variety of accompaniments, including yogurt, pickle, or any other savory dish. They are made from whole wheat flour and cooked on a tawa or griddle. A bit of oil or ghee is used to cook them until they are golden and crispy.
