Heat ghee in a large pan.
Roast the seviyan in ghee till golden brown.
In another pan, bring the milk to a boil.
Add the roasted seviyan to the milk and keep stirring to avoid any lumps from forming.
Cook on medium flame till the seviyan becomes soft.
Add sugar and mix well.
Cook till the mixture thickens.
Add cardamom powder, nuts, and raisins.
Cook for a few more minutes and then turn off the heat.
Serve the seviyan hot or cold depending on your preference.
