Add the sevai and fry for a few minutes until lightly golden.
Add the milk and bring to a boil.
Reduce the heat and simmer for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Add the sugar, cardamom, raisins, almonds, and cashews.
Simmer for another 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
