Sev Mamra

2 cups

oil

2 tablespoons

cumin seeds

1 teaspoon

mustard seeds

1 teaspoon

turmeric powder

1 teaspoon

red chilli powder

1 teaspoon

coriander powder

1 teaspoon

garam masala

1 teaspoon

amchur powder

1 teaspoon

sugar

1 teaspoon

Salt to taste

Directions

Step 1:

Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.

Step 2:

Add cumin seeds and mustard seeds and let them crackle.

Step 3:

Add turmeric powder, red chilli powder, coriander powder, garam masala, amchur powder, sugar and salt.

Step 4:

Mix well and add the Sev Mamra.

Step 5:

Stir fry for a few minutes until the Sev Mamra is lightly roasted.

Step 6:

Serve hot.
