Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.
Add cumin seeds, mustard seeds, and asafoetida. Fry for a few seconds.
Add turmeric powder, red chilli powder, coriander powder, garam masala, and sugar. Fry for a few seconds.
Add the Sev and mix well.
Add salt to taste and mix well.
Fry for a few minutes until the Sev is golden brown.
Serve hot. Enjoy!
