cumin seeds

1 teaspoon

mustard seeds

1 teaspoon

asafoetida

1 teaspoon

turmeric powder

1 teaspoon

red chilli powder

1 teaspoon

coriander powder

1 teaspoon

garam masala

1 teaspoon

sugar

1 teaspoon

Salt to taste

Directions

Step 1:

Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.

Step 2:

Add cumin seeds, mustard seeds, and asafoetida. Fry for a few seconds.

Step 3:

Add turmeric powder, red chilli powder, coriander powder, garam masala, and sugar. Fry for a few seconds.

Step 4:

Add the Sev and mix well.

Step 5:

Add salt to taste and mix well.

Step 6:

Fry for a few minutes until the Sev is golden brown.

Step 7:

Serve hot. Enjoy!
