red chilli powder

1 teaspoon

turmeric powder

1 teaspoon

garam masala

1 teaspoon

coriander powder

1 teaspoon


1 teaspoon


2 tablespoons

Salt to taste


2 cups

chopped coriander leaves

2 tablespoons



Step 1:

Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.

Step 2:

Add mustard seeds, cumin seeds, urad dal, and chana dal. Fry until they start to splutter.

Step 3:

Add chopped onion, carrots, green beans, and bell pepper. Fry for 2-3 minutes.

Step 4:

Add ginger-garlic paste, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, garam masala, coriander powder, and sugar. Fry for 1 minute.

Step 5:

Add semolina and fry for 2-3 minutes.

Step 6:

Add chopped tomatoes and fry for 1 minute.

Step 7:

Add 2 cups of water and salt to taste. Bring to a boil.

Step 8:

Reduce heat to low and simmer for 10 minutes or until the semolina is cooked.

Step 9:

Garnish with chopped coriander leaves and serve hot.
