roasted vermicelli

1 cup

sugar

1/2 cup

ghee

1/2 cup

milk

2 cups

cashew nuts

1/4 cup

raisins

1/4 cup

cardamom powder

1/4 teaspoon

Directions

Step 1:

Heat ghee in a pan and add the cashew nuts and raisins. Fry until golden brown.

Step 2:

Add the roasted vermicelli and fry for a few minutes.

Step 3:

Add the milk and bring to a boil.

Add the sugar and cardamom powder and stir until the sugar is dissolved.

Step 5:

Simmer for 10 minutes or until the vermicelli is cooked.

Step 6:
