Roast the semiya in a pan until golden brown.
In a separate pan, heat the water and sugar until the sugar is fully dissolved.
Add the roasted semiya to the sugar syrup and cook on a low flame until the semiya is cooked and the water is absorbed.
In a small pan, heat the ghee and roast the cashews and raisins until golden.
Add the cardamom powder and mix well.
Finally, add the roasted cashews, raisins and ghee to the semiya, mix well and serve.
