chia seeds

1/4 cup

your choice (raisins, cranberries, apricots, etc.)

1/2 cup dried fruit

fresh chopped fruits

1/2 cup

tablesoon honey

Directions

Step 1:

In a large bowl, combine the chia seeds, chopped fruits and dried fruit.

Step 2:

Add honey on top and mix well.

Step 3:

Cover the bowl and refrigerate for at least 2 hours or overnight.

Step 4:

Serve chilled. Enjoy!
