Ingredients

cooked rice

2 cups

carrot, finely chopped

green beans, finely chopped

A handful

onion, finely chopped

garlic, finely chopped

2 cloves

capsicum, deseeded and finely chopped

1/2 cup

Schezwan sauce

2 tablespoons

soy sauce

1 teaspoon

vinegar

1 teaspoon

Salt to taste

vegetable oil

Directions

Step 1:

Heat oil in a pan and add the chopped garlic. Fry till they turn slightly brown.

Step 2:

Add the onions and sauté till they become transparent.

Step 3:

Now add the chopped vegetables and stir fry on a high flame for 2 to 3 mins.

Step 4:

Then add the Schezwan sauce, soy sauce, vinegar, and salt. Mix everything well.

Step 5:

Now add the cooked rice and stir fry on a high flame for 2 to 3 mins.

Step 6:

Schezwan fried rice is ready. Serve it hot with Manchurian or any other Indo-Chinese gravy of your choice.
