Schezwan Fried Rice is a popular Indo-Chinese dish that is spicy and flavoured with Schezwan sauce. It is a blend of rice, vegetables, chicken or shrimp (optional), and Schezwan sauce. Heat oil in a pan and add the chopped garlic. Fry till they turn slightly brown.
Add the onions and sauté till they become transparent.
Now add the chopped vegetables and stir fry on a high flame for 2 to 3 mins.
Then add the Schezwan sauce, soy sauce, vinegar, and salt. Mix everything well.
Now add the cooked rice and stir fry on a high flame for 2 to 3 mins.
Schezwan fried rice is ready. Serve it hot with Manchurian or any other Indo-Chinese gravy of your choice.
