Directions

Step 1:

Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.

Step 2:

Add the onion and garlic and cook until softened, about 5 minutes.

Step 3:

Add the bell peppers, zucchini, mushrooms, oregano, and basil. Cook until the vegetables are tender, about 10 minutes.

Step 4:

Season with salt and pepper, to taste.

Step 5:

Serve warm. Enjoy!
