cubed paneer

1 cup

cumin seeds

1/2 teaspoon

coriander powder

1/2 teaspoon

turmeric powder

1/4 teaspoon

red chilli powder

1/4 teaspoon

garam masala

1/2 teaspoon

amchur powder

1/2 teaspoon

oil

1 tablespoon

ginger

1/2 teaspoon

garlic paste

kasuri methi

1/2 teaspoon

Salt to taste

chopped coriander leaves

Directions

Step 1:

Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.

Step 2:

Add cumin seeds and let them crackle.

Step 3:

Add ginger-garlic paste and sauté for a few seconds.

Step 4:

Add the cubed paneer and sauté for a few minutes.

Step 5:

Add all the dry spices and mix well.

Step 6:

Add salt to taste and mix well.

Step 7:

Cook for a few minutes until the paneer is cooked through.

Step 8:

Add kasuri methi and mix well.

Step 9:

Garnish with chopped coriander leaves and serve hot.
