Add the oil and mix until the mixture resembles breadcrumbs.
Gradually add the warm water and knead the dough until it is soft and pliable.
Cover the dough and let it rest for 15 minutes.
Divide the dough into 8 equal portions.
Roll each portion into a circle of about 6 inches in diameter.
Heat a tawa (griddle) over medium heat.
Place the rolled parantha on the tawa and cook for a few seconds.
Flip the parantha and apply a little oil on the top.
Flip again and cook until both sides are golden brown.
Serve hot with pickle or chutney.
