Directions

Step 1:

In a bowl, mix together the sattu, ghee, coriander leaves, green chillies, ginger, garlic, onion, tomato, capsicum, potatoes, carrots, cauliflower, green peas, paneer, coriander leaves, mint leaves, curry leaves, lemon juice, coriander powder, cumin powder, garam masala, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, amchur powder, black pepper powder, chaat masala, dry mango powder, coriander seeds, fennel seeds, sesame seeds, black cumin seeds, ajwain seeds, fenugreek seeds, mustard seeds, asafoetida, jaggery, tamarind paste, oil and salt.

Step 2:

Mix everything together until it forms a dough.

Step 3:

Divide the dough into small balls and flatten them into discs.

Step 4:

Heat a pan over medium heat and add some oil.

Step 5:

Place the discs on the pan and cook until golden brown on both sides.

Step 6:

Serve hot with chutney or pickle. Enjoy!
