In a bowl, mix together the sattu flour, cumin seeds, coriander powder, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, garam masala, amchur powder, salt and sugar.
Heat the ghee in a pan over medium heat.
Add the sattu flour mixture and stir continuously for 2-3 minutes.
Add the water and mix well.
Add the chopped onion, tomato, green chillies, coriander leaves and mint leaves and mix well.
Cook for 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Serve hot with chapatis or parathas.
