Cut the sapodillas into small cubes and place them in a blender.
Add the cold milk, sugar, honey, and vanilla extract to the blender.
Blend the ingredients until smooth.
Add the chopped almonds and pistachios to the blender and blend again.
Pour the milkshake into glasses and add ice cubes if desired.
