Sapota, also known as chikoo or sapodilla, is a tropical fruit native to Mexico and Central America. It is a sweet, brown-skinned fruit with a soft, yellow-brown flesh. Sapota is high in dietary fiber, vitamins A and C, and minerals such as calcium, phosphorus, and iron. It is also a good source of antioxidants. Sapota can be eaten fresh or used to make juices, jams, and desserts. Chickoo milkshake is a very popular drink in India.

Ingredients

ripe sapodillas

cold milk

1 cup

sugar

2 tablespoons

honey

2 tablespoons

vanilla extract

1 teaspoon

chopped almonds

2 tablespoons

chopped pistachios

2 tablespoons

Ice cubes (optional)

Directions

Step 1:

Peel and deseed the sapodillas.

Step 2:

Cut the sapodillas into small cubes and place them in a blender.

Step 3:

Add the cold milk, sugar, honey, and vanilla extract to the blender.

Step 4:

Blend the ingredients until smooth.

Step 5:

Add the chopped almonds and pistachios to the blender and blend again.

Step 6:

Pour the milkshake into glasses and add ice cubes if desired.

Step 7:

Serve the sapota milkshake chilled. Enjoy!
