green chillies

Directions

Step 1:

Rinse the coriander leaves, mint leaves, green chillies and ginger under cold water.

Step 2:

Add all of these ingredients into a blender.

Step 3:

Now, add the lemon juice, cumin seeds, salt and sugar to the blender.

Step 4:

Grind the mixture into a smooth paste, adding a bit of water if needed.

Step 5:

Taste the chutney and adjust the salt or lemon juice as required.

Step 6:
