butter, softened

creamy peanut butter

granulated sugar

packed light brown sugar

large eggs

salted peanuts, chopped

Directions

Step 1:

Preheat oven to 375°F. Line baking sheets with parchment paper.

Step 2:

In a medium bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, and salt.

Step 3:

In a large bowl, beat butter and peanut butter with an electric mixer until creamy. Add sugars and beat until light and fluffy. Beat in eggs and vanilla.

Step 4:

Gradually add flour mixture to butter mixture, beating until just combined. Stir in peanuts.

Step 5:

Drop dough by rounded tablespoons onto prepared baking sheets. Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until golden brown. Cool on baking sheets for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely. Enjoy!
