makhana (foxnuts)

1 cup

oil

1 teaspoon

cumin seeds

1 teaspoon

black pepper powder

1 teaspoon

chaat masala

1 teaspoon

amchur powder

1 teaspoon

red chilli powder

1 teaspoon

Salt to taste

Directions

Step 1:

Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.

Step 2:

Add cumin seeds and let them crackle.

Step 3:

Add makhana and roast them for 2-3 minutes.

Step 4:

Add black pepper powder, chaat masala, amchur powder, red chilli powder and salt.

Step 5:

Mix everything together and cook for another 2-3 minutes.

Step 6:

Serve hot.
