Saffola Oats

1 cup

mixed vegtables

1/2 cup


2 cups

Salt to taste


1 teaspoon

Cumin Seeds

1 teaspoon

Mustard Seeds

1 teaspoon

Chopped Ginger

1 teaspoon

Chopped Green Chillies

1 teaspoon

Chopped Curry Leaves

1 teaspoon

Chopped Coriander Leaves

1 teaspoon

Chopped Cashew Nuts

1 teaspoon



Step 1:

Heat ghee in a pan and add cumin seeds, mustard seeds, ginger, green chillies, curry leaves, and coriander leaves. Fry for 30 seconds

Step 2:

Add the vegetables and cook for a few minutes. Now add the oats

Step 3:

Stir fry for a few minutes and then add the water.

Step 4:

Add salt to taste and bring the mixture to a boil.

Step 5:

Reduce the heat and simmer for 10 minutes or until the oats are cooked.

Step 6:

Add the chopped cashew nuts and remove from heat.7.. Serve hot with your favorite accompaniment. Enjoy!
