Sada Dosa is a South Indian dish made from a batter of rice and lentils. It is a thin, crispy crepe-like pancake that is served with chutney and sambar. It is a popular breakfast dish in South India and is also served as a snack or light meal. The batter is made by soaking and grinding rice and lentils, then fermenting the mixture overnight. The batter is then spread thinly on a hot griddle and cooked until crisp.
