Step 1:

In a large bowl, mix together the flour, salt, and sugar.

Divide the dough into 8 equal pieces and roll each piece into a ball.

Step 7:

Flatten each ball into a disc shape and roll out into a thin circle.

Step 8:

Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat and add enough vegetable oil to cover the bottom of the pan.

Step 9:

Place the roti canai in the skillet and cook for about 1 minute on each side until golden brown.

Step 10:

Remove from the skillet and serve warm. Enjoy!
