Makhana (Foxnuts)

1 cup

oil

1 teaspoon

cumin seeds

1 teaspoon

coriander powder

1 teaspoon

red chilli powder

1 teaspoon

garam masala

1 teaspoon

Salt to taste

Directions

Step 1:

Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.

Step 2:

Add cumin seeds and let them crackle.

Step 3:

Add makhana and roast them for 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Step 4:

Add coriander powder, red chilli powder, garam masala and salt.

Step 5:

Mix everything together and cook for another 2-3 minutes.

Step 6:

Serve hot. Enjoy!
