Kala Chana (black chickpeas)

1 cup

cumin powder

1 teaspoon

coriander powder

1 teaspoon

red chilli powder

1 teaspoon

garam masala

1 teaspoon

amchur powder

1 teaspoon

turmeric powder

1 teaspoon

salt

1 teaspoon

oil

Directions

Step 1:

Soak the Kala Chana overnight in water.

Step 2:

Drain the water and spread the Kala Chana on a baking sheet.

Step 3:

Preheat the oven to 350°F.

Step 4:

In a bowl, mix together the cumin powder, coriander powder, red chilli powder, garam masala, amchur powder, turmeric powder, and salt.

Step 5:

Drizzle the oil over the Kala Chana and sprinkle the spice mix over it.

Step 6:

Mix everything together until the Kala Chana is evenly coated.

Step 7:

Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the Kala Chana is golden brown and crispy.

Step 8:

Serve hot. Enjoy!
