dried chickpeas

2 cups

olive oil

2 tablespoons

ground cumin

2 teaspoons

ground coriander

1 teaspoon

garlic powder

1 teaspoon

smoked paprika

1 teaspoon

sea salt

1 teaspoon

1/2 teaspoon



Step 1:

Preheat oven to 375°F.

Step 2:

Rinse and drain the chickpeas.

Step 3:

Spread the chickpeas on a baking sheet and drizzle with olive oil.

Step 4:

Sprinkle the cumin, coriander, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper over the chickpeas.

Step 5:

Toss the chickpeas to evenly coat them with the spices.

Step 6:

Roast in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, stirring every 10 minutes, until the chickpeas are golden and crispy.

Step 7:

Serve warm. Enjoy!
