cumin seeds

1 teaspoon

mustard seeds

1 teaspoon

turmeric powder

1 teaspoon

red chilli powder

1 teaspoon

oil

2 tablespoons

Directions

Step 1:

Heat the oil in a pan over medium heat.

Step 2:

Add the cumin and mustard seeds and let them splutter.

Step 3:

Add the turmeric powder and red chilli powder and stir for a few seconds.

Step 4:

Add the cooked rice and mix well.

Step 5:

Add the curd and mix well.

Step 6:

Add salt to taste and mix well.

Step 7:

Cook for 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Step 8:

Serve hot.
