Heat oil and ghee in a pan.
Add mustard seeds, cumin seeds, urad dal, chana dal and fry for a few seconds.
Add chopped onion and fry until golden brown.
Add chopped tomato and fry for a few minutes.
Add turmeric powder, red chilli powder, coriander powder, garam masala and fry for a few seconds.
Add toor dal and fry for a few minutes.
Add 2 cups of water and bring to a boil.
Add cooked rice and mix well.
Add salt to taste and mix well.
Cover and cook for 10 minutes.
Add chopped green chillies and mix well.
Garnish with chopped coriander leaves and serve hot.
